As a key member of our Finance Team, the Senior Finance Specialist will collaborate with colleagues in multiple countries. The team itself has members in the US, France and India. The main responsibilities of the role include consolidating P&L forecasts and results for our various entities across the Globe, providing vital information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, building presentations of findings and analysis, and communicating recommendations and, building analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results.

Your Role:

  • · Supporting the Accounting function with accrual estimates and other relevant calculations for costs and revenues
  • · Coordination, consolidating and loading budgets and forecasts for multiple businesses into Financial System SW
  • · Preparing and reviewing financial variances between Actual/Budget/Forecast financial and operational results
  • · Conducting comparable analysis as necessary in support of key business metrics and objectives
  • · Preparing commission files and submit for payroll
  • · Calculating monthly variable pay for non-commissioned employees
  • · Tracking and approving revenue share payments with retail Partners
  • · Approving payments
  • · Coordinating with HR Team on the FTE count for actuals, forecasts and budgets
  • · Maintaining financial models and reports relating to sales productivity, revenue, and operational activities

Your Profile:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • · Minimum 5-7 years of financial analysis experience gained within a complex, growth-oriented SaaS enterprise software or technology company.
  • · Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles [GAAP]
  • · FP&A, modeling, businesses analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience required
  • · Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, What-If Analysis, PowerQuery, PowerPivot)
  • · Excellent MS PowerPoint skills (Data links, corporate templates, images, business writing)Experience using ERP, Salesforce, and financial performance management systems (PM10, d/EPM or Defacto preferred)
  • · Understanding of data analysis and BI reporting
  • · Well organized, ability to effectively prioritize with strong attention to detail
  • · Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects with tight timelines
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • · Analytical thinker, able to conduct research & analysis and solve complex problems
  • · Quick learner, particularly in ability to learn new software programs
  • · Team work ethic but also able to work independently with confidence
  • · Discreet when working on highly confidential projects
